Sent off to the printers today: Petter Schjerven’s latest book All mat kommer fra Ungarn – Nostalgisk kokebok (wich translates into something like: Hungary is the Origin of all Food – Nostalgic cookbook), an entertaining look back at old cookery and recipes. A maximalist cabaret of appetizing, and not so appetizing, food photographs.
